Psycho le Cému: Michi no Sora seek

Y'all already know that I love Psycho le Cému, so when it was announced that they would be performing at Anime Overdose in San Francisco I knew I had to make a new costume. It was love at first sight with their Michi no Sora outfits, especially seek's with his weird clown/jester... thing. (Honestly, I have no idea what he's supposed to be in that get-up.)

I got tons of help from AJ, ZiggyB and Judy with this costume and had my first experience with expanding foam to create seek's face chest thing (which will be now known as The Face). Actually, I had way more fun doing The Face thing than anything else on this.

I had a couple run-ins with PLC with this. After bringing The Face to a costuming panel, I was on my way back to my room and waiting for the elevators when seek, AYA and Lida got into one right before me. When they got in the first thing they saw was me and holding The Face and I remember hearing seek go, "Ohhhhhhhh!!" and seeing Lida's eyes kind of bug out. However, my highlight happened a little while later when wearing this costume outside of the hotel taking photos with a friend. seek and AYA walked by and seeing me dressed in this costume caused seek to pause, dig out his camera, hand it to AYA and then ask me if he couuld take a photo with me! Too sweet, man, too freakin' sweet.
